What's happenin'??
Updates, updates, updates…
I was very excited to have been asked to present at Georges Goguen’s
Café des Artistes at the Aberdeen Centre a couple of weeks ago. I was a
bit nervous at first, but the host, Mario Cyr, did a fantastic job making myself
and the other presenting artist, JP Morin, comfortable discussing our work with
a room full of people. It was a fantastic experience, and I vow to attend
these events in the future J
So what’s up right now? Actually, I have a few things going on
right now, asides from the Xmas shopping, lol: I’m currently
working on the paintings that are slotted to be shown at the Assumption Gallery
in March, and planning the model photo shoots I will be using for the series of
paintings that will be shown at the Capitol Theatre Gallery in May ( can’t
wait!!!), also, I’m in the planning stages for a tryptic that will be part of a
touring group exhibit named “Acadie Mythique”. Currently we have 6 fine
art galleries participating, and quite a few artists – the Moncton region will
be represented by myself, Remi Belliveau, Luc Charette and Paul-Edouard
Bourque. More to come on this exciting group show!
Here are some shots of my current work in progress for the Assumption Gallery…
HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!
